IranPolitik is a weblog on Iranian politics and its social and economic context. We cover a wide range of issues including Iranian domestic politics, foreign policy, the nuclear program, and cyberspace, among a wide range of other issues.

This blog is managed by Farzan Sabet. He is a Stanton Nuclear Security Fellow at the Center for International Security and Cooperation, Stanford University, and a doctoral candidate in International History at the Graduate Institute, Geneva. His dissertation is on the Iranian nuclear program, U.S. policy, and the non-proliferation regime.

His writings have been published in peer-reviewed journals like the Journal of Public and International Affairs, Middle East Journal, and McGill Journal of Middle East Studies, and policy-relevant outlets like the Washington Post Monkey Cage, War on the Rocks, Carnegie Endowment for International Peace Middle East Center and Sada blogs, and New American Weekly blog.
